- This usualy consist of one or two people dealing with 50-80 calls a day. The company could afford to bring more people to improve the customer service, but they decide that they would rather work their teams to the bone until they decide to quit.
- They talk about implementing policies and procedures to make them look good, but the way they implement them is not efficient and becomes a hinderance on productivity.

- A lot of MSPs have favorite clients that the give preference to, this hinders quality work being done with the rest of the clients, causing them to be unhappy, but stuck in a contract.
- Accredited
- This may shock you, however there are not many MSP’s that train and support their staff in getting accreditation. Most of the support staff and engineers are only trained internally, this results in a hinderence for them to grow.
