Our on-site IT support services are designed to be efficient & convenient. Our team will initially attempt to resolve your issues remotely, however if this is not possible, they will arrange a convenient time to visit your site. This approach allows is to get a wider view of the issue and if we need anything else to help resolve the issue, we can get it before we arrive on site.

HOW DOES ON-SITE SUPPORT WORK?

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

Remote Support

When you call our support team, you will get through to one of our friendly expert technicians who will be able to remote over to your PC and investigate the issue for you, usually resolving the issue within the first 20 minutes. If it becomes determined that the issue will require a site visit then our engineer will gather all the information they need and book a time and date to visit you.

On-Site visit

When we arrive on-site we will get straight on the issue, there is nothing we require from you other than a cup of tea, we will work on the issue with as little disruption to your business as possible. Don't worry, we have state-of-the-art tools that will allow us to diagnose and resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. After the issue has been resolved, we will email you a site visit job completion document to sign, just to confirm you are happy with the job, if you are not, then we class the job as open until the document has been signed.
